First class service, food and location
All staff were first class, service was exceptional at all times. A couple of our children are coeliac and the gluten free options were very good, both breakfast and dinner. We had two of the recently refurbished suites, which were very good and adjacent to each other. Location is excellent. If we were going back to the area we would definitely stay there again.

An enchanting escape
Positive: Spacious room with a very large comfortable bed, great location with sun loungers just a few metres from the lake and private jetty, swimming pool, charming staff, bikes available for €10 per half day to explore the beautiful promenade and stop off at Lazise, a very pretty village. Negative: Nothing.

Wonderful experience
What a wonderful hotel this is, our room was gorgeous, Lake views stunning. Food was delicious a very talented chef and every member of staff polite and couldn't do enough for us. One thing I would suggest is to have a rail to help older people into the pool, found that difficult with my husband who is less mobile. We wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you. Trudi and Mike

Absolutely excellent
This hotel is excellent in our opinion. The location is superb, right on the lake, and the food was varied and very tasty. I want to especially commend the staff all of them were friendly, always smiling and very helpful. Loved every minute of our visit

Perfect Holiday
Positive: The hotel is in a perfect location.It's run seamlessly! All the staff couldn't do enough for you.My room was comfortable and quiet.The room and hotel was kept impeccably clean and the pool was the same and was a perfect temperature. I had a thoroughly fantastic stay and know I will return asap. Negative: Nothing to report on this paragraph.
