First Class Hotel on the shore of Lake Garda
The hotel has a great lakeside location a short 5 minute stroll to the centre of Bardolino, with a private beach and jetty. Staff are very friendly and helpful throughout and are a pleasure to speak to, they all go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We had a room in the annex, which was lovely, a good size with lake view terrace and sun beds for private use. [...] Overall a first class hotel which is hard to fault in any way, I would highly recommend and not hesitate to return to.

Very well run hotel with all the amenities
Returned for the second time at this hotel. Very well run hotel with all the amenities. We were half board again and the choice is fantastic. The restaurant manager and his staff were great and nothing was too much trouble for them. Likewise were the front desk staff especially Ester who made my booking run smoothly.

Fabulous holiday
Excellent holiday Lovely room , food first class Swimming pool clean and warm Pretty gardens Easy walk to Bardolino town Fabulous staff We had a great holiday , travelled around the lake using the bus and ferry Enjoyed days out to Verona and a local concert . We will be back for another visit .

A hotel that richly deserves its 4 stars
Positive: Very friendly and attentive staff do everything to make you feel as comfortable as possible which helped to make our stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and hope very much to return one day. Negative: We enjoyed everything.
